A Clinton appointed Connecticut Judge, Stefan Underhill, gave a group of Illegal Aliens the go ahead to sue the U.S. government for violating their so-called “constitutional rights”. Yep, that’s right, this Judge allowed people who are not even supposed to be in our country, the right to sue Immigration officers. Judge Underhill ignoring immigration law enforcement agreed that immigration officers violated the Illegal Aliens constitutional rights. I contend that they should have had 1 constitutional right and that is: jail time then deportation, for breaking our immigration laws. The Judge ruled that immigration officers, as well as their superiors can be sued for civil damages.
The raids took place in New Haven during the summer of 2007, and were part of a national campaign called “Return to Sender.” Immigration agents in four teams arrested 32 immigrants, mostly from Mexico, while they were in their apartments. From: "Corrupt Authority" Web Article
Judge Underhill asserted that the officers racially profiled the illegals because they were of the Hispanic Race, and from a largely Hispanic Neighborhood. I wonder, what country is on our wide Open border again? I may be wrong..., but I think it is Mexico. I think also that Mexico is an Hispanic country and that so happens to be: where most of our Illegal’s come from. Wow!!! who knew. How dare they look for Illegal Aliens among Hispanic populations? They might actually find a few Illegals there. Hispanics just happen to be the largest and fastest growing minority in the United States, due directly to our Wide open, and very Illegal Alien Friendly border.
The allegations against the Federal Officers also concluded that they conducted raids in retaliation against the cities well publicized Illegal alien friendly accommodations. The City in question called New Haven was the first city to give Illegal Aliens an official ID card. By doing so they have been aiding an illegal activity. San Francisco soon after did the same thing, creating its own unconstitutional ID card to make things nice and comfy for illegals in its illegal Alien friendly city. By having this type of favor the Illegal’s began to usurp an unofficial citizenship mentality.
The Illegal Aliens are Illegal, but they are not stupid. They know a good thing, and they take good advantage of the support they receive from liberal elites and Pro Bono Illegal alien assisting Attorneys. This bunch of elites share one thing with the Illegal’s, and that is neither of them wants immigration laws enforced. Some illegal’s making good use of these Lawless elites have sued:
· A sheriff in Ohio, who assisted in the deportation of a Mexican with false ID card
· A Maryland officer who arrested an Illegal alien from El Salvador
· A southern California city for banning them from seeking work on the public streets
The California lawsuit was brought by about 12 Illegal Aliens. That lawsuit actually stems from the arrest by local police of a dozen illegal alien day laborers who violated the city’s anti-solicitation ordinance. What about the Illegal trespass ordinance to our country?
These are just a few examples of the rampant favor and assistance Illegal aliens receive, across the country, from many of our Judges, lawyers, and other public Officials including, Presidents Bush and Obama. American citizens have been screaming for years about the the ever growing problem of the 10’s of millions of Illegal Aliens flooding our country from Mexico. The problem is that far too many times, our screams for immigration enforcement, fall on deaf ears; from the ones who are supposed to be working for us.
