Slain Judge Roll Very Illegal Alien Friendly

The now deceased,  Judge Roll, killed in Tucson shooting Jan 8, 2011 by a mentally deranged man, Two years Prior  presided over the case of 16 illegal Aliens who  sued border rancher Roger Barnett, charging  that he threatened them while brandishing a gun, the illegal’s also asserted that Barnett physically assaulted them,   and harassed them with dogs.  Barnett contended that the illegal Aliens had no right to sue him as they were not even legally supposed to be in the country or on his property, in the first place.   Judge Roll however, chose to side with the Illegal Aliens.  Judge Roll ruled in favor of the 16 Illegal’s.   Due to Judge Rolls Illegal Alien Friendly Judgment the Illegal’s pocketed  $73,000.

This was an example of what goes on far too many times among our politicians and Judges, and that is a bias to show favoritism, for Illegal’s Aliens over citizens.   Misusing his Judiciary authority Judge Roll operated as an Illegal Alien Activist Judge working to Reward, Aid, and Assist Illegal Aliens.  Through Judge Roll's Assistance the Illegal Aliens made a hefty profit, for their law breaking... What kind of message are we sending when we constantly reward Illegal behavior?  His duty was to enforce applicable immigration laws against the 16 illegals.    The case should have been kick out of court, and the illegal’s Aliens deported back to Mexico, after serving time for their trespass into our country.    Many Arizonians were extremely angry with the now Late Judge Roll for siding with people that had "No Legal Right Whatsoever!!!" even being in our country, in the first place.
